Q: Why choose PTFE bellows over metal bellows?
A: PTFE bellows are non-corrosive, flexible, and perform better with harsh chemicals where metal may degrade.
Q: Is it suitable for dry running?
A: No. Like most mechanical seals, PTFE bellow seals are not designed for dry operation and require lubrication by the media.
Q: Can it handle abrasive fluids?
