PTFE Gaskets (Polytetrafluoroethylene), also known as Teflon® gaskets, are non-reactive, chemically resistant sealing components widely used in industries requiring clean, hygienic, and corrosion-resistant seals. Their excellent non-stick and non-contaminating properties make them ideal for pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical, and semiconductor industries.

Q: Can PTFE gaskets handle steam applications?
A: Virgin PTFE can handle steam, but filled PTFE or alternative gaskets may be preferred above 200°C with pressure.

Q: Are PTFE gaskets reusable?
A: Not recommended – they deform under compression and are best replaced after disassembly.

Q: Do you provide cut-to-size or CNC-profiled gaskets?
