NON-ASBESTOS GASKET

Non-Asbestos Gaskets are a modern alternative to traditional asbestos gaskets, offering excellent thermal, chemical, and mechanical resistance without the health hazards of asbestos. Made from synthetic fibers, aramid, rubber binders (NBR/SBR/EPDM), and fillers, these gaskets are ideal for steam, oil, chemicals, and gas sealing in a variety of industrial applications.

Q: Can Non-Asbestos gaskets replace spiral wound gaskets?
A: For low to medium pressure ranges, yes – but spiral wound is preferred in high vibration/high-pressure zones.

A: Yes – we provide WRAS and FDA-approved grades upon request.

Q: Are anti-stick coatings necessary?
A: They improve reusability and reduce flange surface damage during gasket removal – recommended for maintenance-heavy setups.
