Metal O-Ring Gaskets are precision-engineered sealing elements made from metal tubing, formed into an O-ring shape and welded into a continuous ring. They are designed for high pressure, high temperature, and vacuum applications, providing a leak-proof seal in the most demanding environments such as aerospace, nuclear, and chemical industries.

A: Some can be reused, especially solid types, but this depends on application, surface finish, and whether coatings are damaged.

A: Only partially – machined and smooth flange faces are ideal to ensure a tight metal-to-metal seal.
